On-Chain Withdrawal Successful but Not Credited

If your withdrawal status shows “Successful” but the funds have not yet been credited to the receiving platform or wallet, this is usually due to blockchain confirmation delays or processing time on the receiving party’s side. The transaction may require additional time to be fully completed.

Below are the possible reasons and corresponding explanations:

1. Network Congestion

Cryptocurrency withdrawals must be confirmed by nodes on the blockchain network. During periods of high network traffic, confirmation times may be extended, delaying the arrival of funds.

Check the transaction confirmation status on a blockchain explorer
Verify whether the network is currently experiencing high traffic

2. Required Confirmation Count Not Yet Reached

Different tokens and blockchain networks require different confirmation counts before funds are credited. Even if the transaction has been successfully broadcast, the receiving wallet or platform will only display the funds after the required confirmations are completed.

What You Can Do:

Wait for the required confirmations to be completed
Confirm the minimum confirmation requirement with the receiving platform or wallet

3. Processing Delay by the Receiving Platform or Wallet

The receiving platform or wallet may require additional internal processing (e.g., risk control reviews or account-crediting procedures) after blockchain confirmation, which can delay display.

Contact the receiving platform or wallet’s customer support to confirm the crediting status
Provide the transaction hash (TxID) for verification

4. Incorrect Withdrawal Information

Please verify the following details:

Whether the withdrawal address is correct
Whether the selected blockchain network matches the receiving platform
Whether the correct Memo / Tag has been entered, if applicable

If the blockchain explorer shows that the transaction has been fully confirmed, but the funds have not yet been credited:

Prepare the transaction hash (TxID)
